Hi all, after a horrible 3 months of coming off meds (only half way through) but i took a break on reduction and last night I Managed to go to my friends 50th birthday dinner, I had such a good time and felt finally alive, We were as usual first to leave the party but it was fab. Iam suffering terribly today but I really don't care, my memories of last night going out and feeling like a grown up and that I was alive again is worth all the pain today. Just thought I would let you know that I had a lovely evening. Hope everyone has a pain free sunday...soft hugs

Nice to read your post! Glad you had a lovely time. Any occasion like that is exhausting for us Fibro sufferers but it's worth it. I hosted my mums 60th birthday party yesterday. I am so sore today but i really enjoyed yesterday! We can't let it beat us!

Xxx

hi, I hope you are managing ok and that life is being a little kind to you. I have stopped reducing at the moment the doctor thought a month or so just levelling out would be good and it also allowed me to go to my friends 50th, I had already missed another friends 50th in February, I know we all miss out on so many things. What is it like in the states for recognising and research, you seem to be heading it by what I read ? you take care and I hope you have a good week sending you soft hugs x

So glad you had a good time last night it is sometimes worth a few days feeling worse for the sheer joy of feeling "normal".  Yes it is probably a good move to just level off for a bit as you have been doing so well and you don't want to spoil it by trying to give up too much too soon you will get there in the end jsut perhaps by a slower route.x
