CLENCHING TEETH

Does anybody clench there teeth , i have only done it since having fibro x

I do and have done for yrs before fibro, also grind them in my sleep. dentist suggested a mouth guards. but to be honest neva really bothered. x

Yes I do that as well I think its stress or when I am tired

hi i dont think i do but my teeth hurt more now i done a blog my teeth hurt last week or week before and got loads of comments so i think i probbaly do grind them or do somethin in my sleep love to you diddle x

Over the last few weeks I've noticed that my top teeth seem to be moving forward due to me getting my teeth all the time. I think its me tensing against the daily pain. Xxx

I've noticed I have been clenching my teeth a lot lately. I don't realise I'm doing it until my jaw starts to ache. The general state of my teeth is deteriating too. Love to all Val x

I have terrible problems with clenching my teeth mainly in my sleep (when I can sleep that is lol) I got a mouthguard from my dentist and this has improved things a lot. I will say tho rather than spending £35 plus for this from your dentist buy one of the guards you can mould to you teeth from a sport shop just as good and a lot cheaper. Hope this helps x
