Don't beat yourself up about this.
Listen to your body.
Depression and pain makes the tiredness seem worse.
Try only doing 5 minutes exercise a day and gradually build up.
Try pacing (doing an activity for 10 minutes and resting for 20 minutes). If your body is crying for sleep then sleep, don't fight it.
have a cup off camila tea or herbal tea and take a bath and try and relax. dont fight it just rest up.
There is no cure for fatigue, sleep doesn't help, as FFbaby has said above, cut back on the exercise and if you start to feel better than build up the time gradually

Thank you all for your support I feel better just knowing someone is
listening. I cant rest or sleep as I work 36 hours a week, have family in
hospital just now so visiting a lot.
I know I look really tired and family and co workers notice this but theres
nothing I can do to improve my looks!!!! I know this shouldn't bother me
but it does!
