Hello All. I'm new to this forum. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis - but I have seen several ladies with these conditions also have fibromyalgia.
I am currently experiencing one of my chronic migraines - (that last three days on ace) where I feel like knives are in the left side of my head and neck. I cannot lie down and get my head comfortable at all
My jaw hurts. The pain goes into my teeth as well. These are things that keep happening more and more frequently. I have had blood tests done as I was worried it could be a thyroid problem (my sister has this) - I have really bad pain in my neck and shoulder a lot. I have had sports massages and even saw a chiropractor to see if they could help- but it keeps coming back?!
I always have freezing hands and feet even in summer (my ex used to call me a lizard- as I was always, and still am very "nesh" ) . I have terrible pain in my lower back and awful leg twitching/ spasms - especially when I'm tired. I keep getting palpitations and pain a little like heartburn. I'm having bladder problems. I have pins and needles in my hands and forearms every morning - it sometimes wakes me up. And now I'm getting shooting pains around my wrists and up my forearms.
I feel utterly pants - nothing is helping my migraines - the GP has given me a variety of tablets and has now referred me to a migraine specialist?
Can anyone offer any advice please?

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, Fibromyalgia Action UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information: fmauk.org/
I am so genuinely sorry to read of how you are struggling and suffering and I sincerely hope that you can get a diagnosis one way or the other soon. As I am not a doctor I cannot say that you have Fibro, and in most cases Fibro is diagnosed by a Rheumatologist, but by no means all cases. If you are not currently seeing a Rheumatologist it may be beneficial to ask your GP if they will refer you to see one.
The symptoms that you have described are consistent with Fibro, however, they are also consistent with many other conditions and need to be investigated thoroughly by a medical professional. I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hello Curlymum welcome to the site. I think that ken has about covered it for now. I would like to add that you may like to look up Restless Leg Syndrome. That could be a problem. most sites that i have been on say that it only occurs at night or is worse at night. In my experience it can happen at any time or, until i was treated with Ropinerole, all the time.
Get back to us if you have any more questions. Oh and i was diagnosed firstly by a Neurologist.
When I kept going to the Dr for tests for all the aches pains and fatigue etc, it took ages to put it together and start looking for answers myself. As you've come to this forum, you're starting to get an idea of what you think your condition may be. Have you ever listed all your problems as you've done in your post and given it to your Dr? I wrote a long list of everything I was experiencing and gave it to mine, that was when she suggested fibromyalgia, then she referred me for tests to rule out other things, then I was referred to a rheumatologist who diagnosed me with fibromyalgia.
That was my route to diagnoses, I hope that might be useful.
Thank you all so much for your replies - I really appreciate your time and support. I will make a list of my symptoms and present it to my GP. I'm such a familiar sight there - I'm practically part of the furniture
I tried giving my GP a list of my symptoms - but she hardly looked at it. Said my bloods were in range and the rest of my symptoms must be down to my endometriosis. Whilst I know that beast is an unpleasant one to say the least - I can't help feeling there is more to it ?
