Thank you, I don't think it will be for me as my right side top to bottom is in agony. My wife has gone to London to see her nieces for Easter so I have the log burner going and the TV on watching 24 hrs in A+E

Thank you, I just don't know what is going on today. I'm so tired and in pain but can't seem to sleep 💊 don't work heat bag to small, need about 5 of them. But will get through it like I always do.
