I fell down stairs expecting my 3rd child at 37 weeks . She was fine a genius infact but I was left in muscle spasms and so much pain. I was told I was so close to being a paraplegic. I put up with all the little things that went wrong, I was fortunate not to be paraplegic. In 2016 I had a minor car accident it took me back to the beginning but I was finding it harder to be positive . I had been having regular treatment over the years . Maintenance rather than cure, but even the therapists said it had knocked me for 6 and really made a difference to me. Yes I am older but i am fed up of all the silly symptoms now . That’s me so far…..

We don't always have a question on here, Introductions are just as good

That's ok - due to myself stumbling about and all my other symptoms I was diagnosed with FND and also had psychotherapy, (though I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia years before)

Hi Dory10,

Nice to meet you.✋

I am sorry to hear you have had so many problems, and you should find plenty of people here to give you a positive outlook on life. I have a few health issues as well as fibro, but I try to stay as positive as possible. Pain can cause me to be a grump and cause my anxiety to flare as well, but I get grounded by reading the posts on here and try to help when I can. I hope you can find some help and comfort here, too.

Gentle hugs 💜

Hi Dory10 and welcome to our site,

Blimey you have had a busy and unfortunate time of it all,

I hope you are getting the right amount of support you need, Do you want to swap therapists mines a bit frustrating and gives far too much "Home work"

What ever she is trying to do is beyond me, Will be asking for a different 1 soon,

Not everyone can reply on here all the time, But we do try

Take care

Debs
