I have a glass of diet tonic water each night as per gp. She also mentioned to put my hands against the wall and for me to lean against and stretch one just the once for me and hold it for a couple of seconds and then do the same with the other leg just before you get into bed. It does help as does the tonic water to help lessen the restless leg. It's like doing the river dance in bed some times 🤣 xxx
