Being in pain and the thought of constant pain killers is hard. A lot of meds do not suit me personally but i am allowed to take codiene when I really need too , I do use ibuprofen rub in gel and bio freeze , having my bath does help me somewhat, and old fashioned hot water bottles always help my lower back as wear and tear and slight fracture can be painful on top of fibro. Have you seen them little heated gloves you can buy to put on your hands ? Does warmth help your body ? I find better in warmer temperatures and glad we’ve nearly seen the back of the winter now x
