Having such a difficult week. I don’t know if I’ve picked up a virus or just the fibro. I have a chesty cough and feel so flu like. This is how I always feel when I’m fatigued but seems there’s something else and in so much pain that I can’t rest. Everyone around me seems to have a cold, virus so I’ve probably picked up something. I’ve taken tramadol ( about 50mg ) twice a day for a while now but wondering if that is making me feel yuck. But I need it for the pain even though it doesn’t seem to be hitting it. I still have Christmas shopping to do and I do Christmas dinner even though girls will help. I’m so 💤 tired, it’s all too much! I’m so sorry for this moaning text. I really hope everyone reading it is in a much better place than I am. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, as pain free as possible.xx

In so much pain !
So sorry to hear you are feeling unwell, yes it's very hard to tell if it's a virally type thing on top as so much going round at the moment. Glad your girls are going to help you with everything. I wonder if it's worth asking for a call back from your surgery and ask to speak to doctor about your meds it might not be agreeing with you, nothing worse than felling yuck especially this time of year. Can always have a good moan feels better to have a little rant , just do alittle each day try not to over do it , I know that's easier said than done, take good care xxxx
Hi mcglada, hope you manage to sort things out . If things get to much I hope you can seek some help xxxxxxx
I hope you didn't pic any thing up that's the last thing anyone need's this close to Christmas. Fatigue is worst for me than pain. I can take pain meds it helps a little but I haven't found anything for fatigue except alot of coffee. Moan all you want😃 take care. Chris x 🎄
Thanks for your reply. I k ow what you mean about the fatigue. It’s so debilitating and I usually find it worse than the pain. However, when I have a flare or something else the pain seems to sore. I do hope that you manage to avoid too much fatigue over Christmas - but that will be a challenge! I really appreciate your support. Take care and thanks again for your reply. Audrey xx
