All the time !! What was the question again ??? 🤣😂xx
Seriously though, yes we all forget things have memory loss but worse for me is when I lose train of thought especially when I’m telling someone something and I say Why was I telling you that or what was the reason I was telling you that. So embarrassing 😡 x
That is! I be in meeting and I be like sorry what was the question again! x
Don’t worry I just blame lack of sleep or getting on in age lol 🙂
Ajay! hope you are well mate, yeah most likely the stress -_-
ahahahaha
ohhh it makes sense, I am going to discuss it with my consultant if I ever get one
Yeah that’s what mine always says lol
I do all the time , it's unbelievable I could be having a conversation and in the middle stop and look blank to the person I'm talking too , 🤦♀️luckily my family and friends are use to it.even driving I could be going somewhere and end up somewhere completely different or pull up and feel totally blank.I honestly thought I had started with Alzheimer's. The neurologist said it's because the brain is took up by the pain and symptoms we have it can't fit anything else in so your not alone 🤯🤪we enjoy the rest of your bank holiday 💐💐
Oh yes I can't believe hienthick I appear some days. I used to be the type of person who never needed lists or reminders of any kind and my job relied on my powers of memory. Now I have post it notes everywhere, diaries, you name it and I still manage to forget things. I can go to the postbox and return with the letter, walk out if the room to do something and then forget completely what I was going to do. Itnjs extremely frustrating.x
one thing lovely. Your not dumb !!...I'm always forgetting things...i have a blank notebook 📓 in my kitchen.and one by my phone 📞.then I have a daily chalkboard and diary and calendar 📅..then a alarm 🔔 on my mobile phone diary and calendar 📅..even with that all in place I still get the hiccups...also I am getting good at pointing at thingy and so on lol.so don't worry your not on your own.xxx I just giggle at myself with my hubby now because some things I do need a good giggles 😆😉
Me too. Medium term is the worst.
Get your Vits/minerals tested - could be deficiency eg B12., and get them in upper part of ranges not just within range.
I walk miles a day from room to room trying to remember which room I’m supposed to be in and what it was I was looking for 🙊
Hi yes I get it to.
I literally will be sat on the loo trying to remember if i have had a pee or not 🤔 i will be having a conversation and forget what I'm talking about i have post it's stuck all over my home with stuff i need to remember to do or get when I'm shopping no joke i even forget my kids d.o.b that's really embarrassing the look you get for that fibromyalgia is killing off my brain cells at a rapid rate 😲
Hi Aaron, it's called "fibro fog" & is yet another joy of symptoms of fibromyalgia... The list is endless...😒
I forget stuff all the time. I can be speaking then, mid-sentence forget completely what I was saying, especially if there is lots of noise or interruptions.
hi all thank you!!! Glad to know I am not alone in this xx
I suffer badly with memory loss and lack of concentration as well. I believe it is called Fibro Fog......
Hi there Aaron . I can say I genuinely feel the same... I annoy my kids when I'm in as I call it 'dumb mode' ..... I can be extremely stupid at times and struggle to get something right and other days I am fine ..... so you're not alone xx
