Seriously though, yes we all forget things have memory loss but worse for me is when I lose train of thought especially when I’m telling someone something and I say Why was I telling you that or what was the reason I was telling you that. So embarrassing 😡 x

I do all the time , it's unbelievable I could be having a conversation and in the middle stop and look blank to the person I'm talking too , 🤦‍♀️luckily my family and friends are use to it.even driving I could be going somewhere and end up somewhere completely different or pull up and feel totally blank.I honestly thought I had started with Alzheimer's. The neurologist said it's because the brain is took up by the pain and symptoms we have it can't fit anything else in so your not alone 🤯🤪we enjoy the rest of your bank holiday 💐💐

Oh yes I can't believe hienthick I appear some days. I used to be the type of person who never needed lists or reminders of any kind and my job relied on my powers of memory. Now I have post it notes everywhere, diaries, you name it and I still manage to forget things. I can go to the postbox and return with the letter, walk out if the room to do something and then forget completely what I was going to do. Itnjs extremely frustrating.x

Get your Vits/minerals tested - could be deficiency eg B12., and get them in upper part of ranges not just within range.

I walk miles a day from room to room trying to remember which room I’m supposed to be in and what it was I was looking for 🙊

Hi Aaron, it's called "fibro fog" & is yet another joy of symptoms of fibromyalgia... The list is endless...😒

I forget stuff all the time. I can be speaking then, mid-sentence forget completely what I was saying, especially if there is lots of noise or interruptions.

Me too & it can be so embarrassing... I've turned into quite an anxious person in case it happens when I'm out. Family & close friends are used to it & second guessing what I'm trying to say, as I forget what words I'm trying to say🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi there Aaron . I can say I genuinely feel the same... I annoy my kids when I'm in as I call it 'dumb mode' ..... I can be extremely stupid at times and struggle to get something right and other days I am fine ..... so you're not alone xx
