Good Morning all. Just want to share a few things I'm doing to help myself cope.
2 cups Epsom salts in a warm bath , soak for 40 minutes, 20 mins removes toxins and 20 mins absorbs the good minerals, minimum of 20 mins to get some benefit. Afterwards relax and drink a glass of water. Helps so much with aches and pains . Have a good day all xxx

We had to take our bath out after I got stuck and couldn't get out ! My giggling didn't help and boy did it hurt but it was so funny! Anyway, magnesium oil, I use on my legs as I get severe muscle spasms, like cramp but deeper and lasting anything up to an hour, it really helps, makes my skin feel a bit strange sort of sticky but not?? But it does relieve them, would recommend trying.

I must give that a try next time I am able to have a bath. oo but what is it - I know you said it is Magnesium but wondered if it is a type of salt. I will have to check it is safe as I have liver cirrhosis.
