My try at Epsom salts

Hi all so I tryed the Epsom salts last night and ow my goodness thank u all so much they worked so well I didn't want to get out of the bath lol 😂 still had a bad night due to only 3 hour sleep but my muscles seemed to relax for a bit, I won't lie the pain came back but it was so nice how well they worked, it also felt like they was workin on my crazy brain ass well

Thanks for that Shiby, may give it a try if I can get into the bath...will make sure my OH is here in case I fall! x

I put about 4 table spoons in an and the water warm and OH made me comfortable then I think I layed their about 15 min I also added my radox bubbles xx and yes as it was very slippery xx

They are magic really miss it now I only have a shower. I found the more frequently I had an Epsom salts bath the better it helped. You might find that on if the magnesium oil sprays also help.xxx🛀🛀🛀
