Ouch!!

Hello all....the much dreaded weather change is upon us. I'm currently sat in my recliner with heat patches on both shoulders, both knees and ankles. Heated wheat bag on the bottom of my back and a hot water bottle over my liver and stomach. Can safely say I won't be doing much today!! It's days like this I wish Santa Claus was real and I could actually get a new all singing, all dancing body off him come Christmas time.

Oh well...... such is life. Be thankful for the small things

I just got myself into a hot water bath. Didnt know what to do anymore.

Beside the pain I get terrible mood changes. Do you? Wish I could sleep trough it all..

I sometimes think the mood changes are worse! I get terrible black moods. To the point of not wanting to talk/see anyone. I've lost so many people who called themselves friends......my true real ones know as soon as I vanish and go quiet then having a flare and leave me alone. I soon bounce back.
