Amazing so far

Been taking gabapentin for just 2 days, I have had awful pain in my spine and have been unable to stand up straight or bend or anything, but taking these tabs already have helped a lot, I took one tablet yesterday and 2 today then from then on 3 a day.

Has anyone else tried them?

I would also like to know if you can drink alcohol while taking them?

I found I was really ditzy when on Gaberpentin, I then changed to pregablin, wonderful, practically instantly better.

I genuinely hope that your Gabapentin works really well for you. I have never tried them myself but I recently started on a similar drug called Pregabalin.

Hi,

I've been on gabapentin for 6 months now. I found, like you, that I had almost instant relief taking them. Going by the nhs website there is no interaction between alcohol and gabapentin.

The only thing I'm noticing so far I'm really tired in day but can't sleep at night, this is the first day I'm going to be taking 3 a day, started them 2 days ago. Is anyone have the sleep prob.?

I did at first but after taking them for a couple of weeks I was sleeping better.

hi i have taken gabapention for a few years now with good effect, i have the occassional alcoholic drink with no obvious effect. glad something is working nothing worse than constant pain
