Iv just got back frm spain i could not believe how cold it is i looked a right idiot with my summer dress on as soon as i hit the cold i was in pain.! Inbed now bloddy weather hugs to all x

Awwww Crissy, the weather has suddenly taken a turn for the cold....... I think someone turned the thermostat down a couple of days ago, so it must have been a huge shock for you to return to !

I hope you had a great time in Spain (perhaps you could have gathered up a bottle of their weather to bring home with you) and benefited from the good weather there. Turn on the central heating or light a fire, or snuggle up with a hot water bottle. I believe it's meant to be turning back to being a bit warmer next week, but I will hold judgement on that.

glad to hear to are able to travel. i just couldn't face travelling anywhere, i'd love have a nice holiday in Spain, but its never going to happen. i cant bear to e away from my own xx

Hi it takes slot for me to travel thsts y we go to spain its not that far i often get up and walk about xx

Its worth giving a break in a warmer climate a go. Even with our fair summer this year the benefit of being away from home in a warmer, drier climate is priceless. If you need to use a wheelchair or may find the airport just too much you can request assistance from the airline. I had 14 days in September and for some of that time felt almost "well".
