Pain all the time

This is only the second time being on here,had a really bad time with my fibromyalgia. Not being able to do nothing is hard when everything hurts. I have also got this burning sensation in my arm and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this,as it's so painfull this cold weather does not help us.

I’m so sorry you are having such a hard time; I completely agree with you it is a really tough place to be in but you aren’t alone with this you have all of us! Have you got any hobbies like reading or knitting? Sometimes having stuff like that in your life can really help!! I get those sensations in my arms and my legs it is really hard and I completely understand xxx

I love reading and I do yoga to try and help with pain go try and keep myself going.😁

It does help sometimes but when the pain is extreme it's hard to motivate your mind.xxx

Hi Hun, I’m so sorry that you’re feeling so rough at the moment. You’re right the cold definitely doesn’t help us. I get that intense burning pain across my shoulders, down my neck and down my arms. Yes burning sensation in my arms and legs, is awful. I've yet to find a remedy yet that will make me feel better but I can hope

I get those burning sensations all the time and it drives me nuts twinks, so if you do find a remedy please share as would be grateful
