Has anyone attended a dla tribunal , as I have to attend on tues , im in a horrible flare and soo tired , any advice welcome x hugs angie x

Sorry no one who has attended a dla tribunal seems to have been on recently ... I have never been to one so I am afraid I am absolutely no use

I went to my hubby's tribunal for DLA many moons ago. Unless things have changed, they can only make a decision based on your state of health at the time of original claim submission/medical and not on any subsequent changes you may have had.

Please ask someone to go with you for support. If you have asked someone to go as a witness and make a statement on your behalf they may be told that they can't go in with you so they don't hear your statement/evidence.

If you've any paperwork submissions with you remember to hand them to the clerk when you arrive.
