Please could someone who has read It Starts With The Egg and Brain Health From Birth, both by Rebecca Fett, tell me which Vitamins are advised to take in the book? I have my Day 5 fresh embryo transfer on Tuesday and plan to take prenatals as if my pregnant rather than TTC. I still have so many vitamins left from TTC, and getting confused between the 2 books. What I think the BHFB book is advising is to take:Folate
Choline
Vitamin D3
Omega 3 DHA
What about Coq10, NAC, Vitamins E, etc?

The book has many different recommendations depending on your age, AMH, health conditions so it's best to read the book and choose ones that are right for your own personal circumstances. You can sign up to Kindle and get the audio book version for free. Author also has a website where she recommends supplements in her blog post.
Hi! I am not sure there were recommendations for pregnancy vitamins in It all starts with the egg, just prenatal ones. After my transfers, my clinic recommended taking pregnancy vitamins, which have much lower doses of everything and no Vitamin A or CoQ10, which we were told may be harmful in pregnancy. I took pregnancy vitamin gummies, which worked well except I was rather fed up with their taste towards the end of my pregnancy. Very best of luck with your transfer!
