Hey girls!

Anyone used this before? Is it good or not? (don’t know how can I upload 2photos,I took a picture from the back so you could see all vitamins in it but can’t upload it). They also have it for him/her as well. I think I’ll go and get that one tomorrow as my DH said why you didn’t get that so I could take it with you! very supportive!!😁

Hope you all doing good xxx

Hi Anna I took those before my first round of IVF! I got my husband to take the ones for men. On this round I just took a folic acid and vitamin d supplement xxx

Hi Panders, why you changed it for this cycle? Wasn’t good? xxx

I changed when I got my BFP last time to the pregnant ones. I didn't buy them again for this round I just took folic acid between cycles and then I went back on the pregnant ones I had left. Xx

Yes I took these throughout ivf. I switched to a cheaper brand during pregnancy though as pregnacare don't include calcium which I think I needed.

I'm not sure if I can credit the supplements with my successful pregnancy, but I guess it gives me a sense of reassurance that I'm getting all the nutrients I need.

Good luck. Oh and yes get the duo pack with wellman - I've heard people saying their partner's sperm improved after taking these.

Great thanks Kempton xx

Hi Anna- I hope you are well. I use these. My husband took the ones for men. I would be equally happy to take the boots brand- they made me feel a bit sick but that could be because I took those ones on an empty stomach.

Hi Zoe, I’m ok hope you’re well too. I didn’t see the boots brand maybe they didn’t have it when I got this. Think you felt sick because of your empty stomach as it mention take it with your main meal. Try it with your meal next time xx

These are the his and hers myself and my husband have been taking for four or five years now. They were recommended by the first doctor we saw at our local hospital and we’ve taken them ever since. They are just a bit on the expensive side. Also take them with your dinner as they can make you nauseous on an empty tummy x

Anna00 in reply toDunla

Just took my first one with my dinner. It’s a long time you using them don’t know why I never used them and non of my dr never recommended! Will see if it has it magical power for me or not!😄

hope you’re ok lovely xx

Me and my husband have been using the same ones for both of us, his sperm motility has increased from 29% to 47% , and I'm now ovulating most months, I would say they work, better than any generic ones that we have tried!! Xxx

I had this and my ovulation was delayed for 2 weeks , I stopped using it and then my cycle was back to normal . I read so many stories online as so many ladies complained about this . It was my experience.

Hey love,

I haven't used these exact pre-conception vitamins but I will say DO NOT take them without food! I take them at the same time everyday and one day I didn't have time for breakfast so I just took it and went on my way. Half an hour later I threw up and the same happened again a couple of weeks later, since then I've never missed a meal with them and been okay.

Good Luck!

Anna00 in reply toErinisme

Hi lovely, yes actually it mentioned on the box that take it with your main meal, guess that’s the reason. I had my first of yesterday with my dinner and I was fine. Good luck to you too! xx

Get the ones for him too, I strongly recommend you to get your GP give you a form to check your D vitamin levels that way he can determine the exact dose you are needing. My vitamin D was so low he sent me a 2 weeks high dose treatment and I got pregnant that same month after 5 years trying unsuccessfully and just before we were going to remove some fibroids and have IVF.

I don't want to give anyone false hope but I really believe the vitamin D was what I was missing, it is the only thing that I did different in 5 years.

I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant!

Really! Actually I have GP app today I’ll ask her to check it. My DH was low in vit D 3 years ago I’ll tell him to check it again this week. Thanks for your advise! We trying for baby for years and I recently had my first unsuccessful ivf which was very hard for us. They couldn’t find any reason that why we couldn’t get pregnant in these years. Hope you have smooth pregnancy xx

Thank you and good luck!

For some reason doctors over here don't believe too much in vitamins. I got the advise from a Venezuelan friend whose dad is a gyno and he said his dad had couples conceiving after years trying just for lack of vitamins.

Ask the GP to check your iron levels too.

xx

I know what you mean, basically they don’t really care about vitamins. Sure I’ll ask her thanks lovely. xx
