Hi, sorry I have a quick question. Where do you buy the 200mg ubiquinol from? They used to do on Amazon but now I’m having to buy 100mg and take two. Hope you don’t mind me asking. X

I buy the Health Thru Nutrition ones on Amazon

I take 200. This is the amount that has been suggested by both clinics I’ve used. X

Hi there I was always told 600mg for CoQ10 supplements and 200mg for CoQ10 ubiquinol.I took 600mg CoQ10 for my first round which was unsuccessful and changed to 200mg CoQ10 ubiquinol for my second round which was successful.Currently 29 weeks pregnant. Can’t say if taking the ubiquinol is what helped but embryos were top grade from the start with that round.x

Hi we were advised by clinic to both take 300mg in pill form 3 times a day with each meal. We had our most successful cycle after upping our dose for a few months before starting treatment again. X

I didn't even think about CO-Q10 for my husband. I had only seen info about the link to female fertility so thanks for sharing. Was that in ubiquinol form?

I went for the Ubiquinone which according to the research I did is an oxidised form of CoQ10 with proven efficacy and has been more extensively-studied in terms of clinical trials and typically offers better value for money than the ubiquinol form. I got it in capsule form as they absorb in the body quicker than tablets. Our consultant did say our faliures were probably because of egg quality as my husband sperm had been good but there was no harm in him taking them too as it can improve sperm quality too and we had only done the standard sperm tests so there could of been an issue we weren’t aware of. I've been told 200mg of Ubiqnol per day and bought Solgar which is 100mg tablets so took two a day. It stresses me out seeing such different dose recommendations and that maybe I did it wrong!
