So the suggested dose of 300mg x2 daily seem really expensive - any trusted brands that are reasonably priced please anyone? Xx

I got my ubiquinol from Nature's Best online. It's still expensive but much cheaper than Holland and Barrett

I got mine from Holland and Barrett when they were having their penny sale, buy one item and get another for a penny, they do it every so often. If you find somewhere else I'd be interested :)

In the end I got ubiquinol 300mg 90 softgels for £36.99 from Ved on Amazon, that’s 45 days supply, and that’s the cheapest I could find :(

Hopefully it’ll be worth it 😍 xoxo

Hey, I bought the natures best from amazon. Im taking 300mg once a day. Do you mind me asking where the suggested dose of 300mg twice daily comes from? Xx

There was a study done that involved taking DHEA and coQ10 at this dose and also it’s been cited as recommended by a London fertility clinic, I think based on this study

Is that CoQ10 then instead of Ubiquinol? As Ubiquinol is the broken down form of coq10 from what I’ve researched so absorbs easier into the body. So maybe that’s why for coq10 the dose would be higher. Xx

I don’t know, I couldn’t find that out. But one website said co-q10 is less effective the older you get so I went with the ubiquinol. My brain hurts :(

I was told ubiquinol was far better. I swear it made a difference to me. Took 300mg every day for 6 months.

I’ve just started on 300mg also. How long would you say it takes to start being effective? Xx

in reply toICSI2018

I feel for everything 3 months plus - but no research to back this up.

Yeh I would agree with that rationale, I have my partner on this too. Hoping his swimmers get boosted into action to give us some hope of trying naturally alongside ivf... 🤞🤞🤞🤞 xxx

Well we had a natural pregnancy (still early days) after failed IVF - so go for both I would say :)

Proxeed plus was also recommended for my OH, a sachet he took every morning.

Best of Luck with IVF and natural trying!

So Amazing and you’re story gives me hope that our efforts may possibly help.

We are going to get another sperm test in a few months and hope that things have improved. 🤞🤞

Thank you and I have everything crossed for your perfect little bundle to arrive safely 🤞🤞🤞😘

I got health thur nutrition ubiquinol 200mg for 30 for £20.61 from amazon. Thought I’d try before buying loads as they are expensive hoping they’ll do the job. I’ve also bought DHEA really cheap from Health monthly 3 bottles of 30 for £10 hope they are what they say they are 😬.

Has anyone conceived and currently over 13 weeks using or used these both??
