From what I have read in 'it starts with the egg' book is 200mg to 400 daily. I take 400, 200 in morning and 200 at lunch x

If you take unquinol instead you only need 200 mg a day x

It all depends on how long you have I guess, I took 300mg once a day

From CCRM, renowned in US, they suggest 200 - 800mg of ubiquinol per day.

Ubiquinol is stronger than COQ10 so you don’t need as much. It’s more expensive though!

600mg ubiquinol is what I took amongst other supplements does it work 🤷🏻‍♀️ I conceived in 3 months but didn’t really have an issue with that as I’ve conceived in 1-1-4& 5 mths prev, I took for egg health but mc at 12w so can’t really say yes. Not for me anyway
