Ubiquinol

Hello ladies, so I should hopefully be starting my first round of IVF next week staring with a AFC scan as soon as AF arrives.

Do you think it would be worth upping my dosage of ubiquinol CoQ10 between now and egg collection? Not sure if it might be too late. I’m currently taking 100mg a day.

Hi it takes 3 months for anything to effect on your fertility. I would recommend asking your clinic when you have your scan if they recommend uping your vitamins. Good luck on your journey x

Hello. I would advise you to take a higher dose. It's never too late I would say. And specially considering there's no harm in taking them. I was advised by my consultant to take CoQ 10 600mg (she said dosent matter which form of Q10 it is).Good luck! 🙂

That's far too high for Ubiqnol, Ubiqnol you need about 200mg....

My consultant said 600mg ubiquinol is fine. You can buy it in 300mg and 600mg tablets.

I was also advised 600mg, especially for older women. They did say to spread it out over the day if possible, as it will be better absorbed.
