1) situation- trying to get pregnant via natural and prep for IUI; low AMH

2) daily vitamins- a) alternate days with Costco (USA) prenatal (1) or impryl; b) 200 mg coQ10 (Costco) 3) DHEA (25 mg, 2-3x/day); c) magnesium and vitamin D (Costco) - mg activates vitamin D- I have low level of vitamin D;

3) Food selection a) seed cycling -alternate sesame seeds, chai seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ; b) oysters for zinc c) Brazil nuts 2 pieces for selenium;

what is your diet plan?

hi, I notice your taking Impryl and CoQ10 200mg together. They are both expensive supplements but I was advised many times not to take them together. I decided to stop lmpryl and invest in Ubiquinol (Jarrow or Natures Best) 400 mg a day due to age and low AMH. I also found that smaller doses of DHEA helped calm the side effects! Starflower oil also helped my skin and improved hormone balance. Vitamin D3 high strength is the best too. I have been trying naturally for six years, miscarriage two years ago. My time is over really now I’m 49 but I have never felt more healthy, no menopausal signs at all and periods regular.

Hello, flaxseeds are great for fertility. It would be the milled flaxseeds. Also, berries are really important, you could have a berry smoothie for example. Additionally, avocado is full of antioxidants so that's good for fertility too.

I've changed doctor. These are recommended by my doctor**:

1) Prenatal **(Molecular Fertility, or Ovaterra)

2) CoQ10** (Molecular Fertility or Ovaterra)

3) NAD **

4) Low Level Light Therapy** by Celluma using aches and pain mode 1x per day for 30 minutes on belly.

5) Chinese herbs by Dr. Ye Project: Life. Dose: 2x per day for 3 months -cooking required. I am on my first month. getprojectlife.com. (This helped to balance my hormones and hoping to reduce size of my fibroids.)

6) Tracking of my hormones on an app every 3 days using a pee stick made by Mira Fertility Mira Wands (FSH, LH, Progesterone, estrogen). I am super happy with this tool. Even if I am pregnant, I will continue to use the Mira Tracker every so often.
