hi guys need your advise please so I had my third egg retrieval and a fresh transfer this time , I had a 5ab and a compact morula transferred. Everything looked great however no implantation as long as I know as am 9dp5dt but no symptoms at all since day 1. I have been pregnant 3 times with no live birth yet so I kind of know my body . Am full of energy and feeling completely normal so I know am out . I had everything covered this time intralipids , prednisone and progesterone injections with pessaries. So what happened then . I had antibiotics too on the egg collection day . I can’t think of anything not covered . The only thing is I started taking progesterone on the same day as egg collection. I had era done back in January that said receptive 120+-3 hours so don’t know . If anyone can suggest something

Update -tested at 11dp5dt , a positive pregnancy test , I have booked my hcg and will update soon . However I still don’t have any symptoms as such and the test is not that dark either so time will tell :)

Hello lovely,

Sorry to hear this. You have covered a lot of bases.

As far as I know, the ERA information can only be used for a frozen transfer - as it needs to be very specific and with a fresh transfer you can't know exactly when the progesterone starts to be produced by your body. So perhaps it's just the timing that is out and you'd have more success with a frozen transfer?

xx

Yes it is - it's so so hard. But when there are still new things to try there is still hope - and even when you've tried everything sometimes you just need a bit of luck. x

If it helps, I had no symptoms during my 2ww except a tiny bit of spotting and I'm now 22 weeks pregnant.

Have you been checked for any autoimmune disorders at all? I found out before my successful transfer that I had a thyroid condition (unbeknownst to me as I had no symptoms), so I was put on medication for it as the condition increases the chance of miscarriage. It might be worth having a chat with your consultant about it if you're having recurrent miscarriages and failed transfers. We also did PGT-A testing which was incredibly useful.

Sorry if this isn't much help - I really hope it's good news, despite the lack of symptoms X

hi I’m so sorry if it hasn’t worked this time, sometimes it’s just down to the embryo itself and you can have the environment spot on but the embryo just doesn’t implant as it’s not quite right this time 😢 and now I always look for what could have done differently but sometimes there just isn’t an answer and it’s a case of trying again with another embryo too as it sounds like you e done a hell of a lot already! Xx

Hi Lovely!

I am guessing by your post that you haven't done the test.....if that's the case then there is still hope.....during the 2ww I didn't have any symptoms and I was going mad thinking the same as you.

About what else can you do....it is so difficult to say.....have they done implantation failure tests?in my case it took a while but it was through the immunologist that finally they notice something else.

Hi, I'm so sorry for your losses. So hard. Please don't rule yourself out until your otd test as you never know. Mine is on Saturday and I've not had any symptoms either. Other times I've had lots of symptoms and had negative test results so you never really can tell. X

in reply to Citizenerased83

Yes symptomless but bfp so anything is possible ❤️
