Hi ladies
I'll be doing my 2nd (and final FET) soon, does anyone have any advice on when to stop caffeine before? I only really have one coffee a day (max 2), but last time I switched to decaf a few weeks before then didn't have any once I started meds. Should I be cutting it out sooner? Same for alcohol, I've hardly been drinking lately but have a hen do in Spain which will probably fall either right at the beginning of the cycle or just before, so am just wondering how much of a difference it actually makes and if one or 2 over the course of the weekend would be ok or if it will ruin my chances.
Any other advice of things to try would be appreciated - this is my last chance without having to start all over again so I really have everything crossed it works as time is not on my side and I never had great results even when I was 7 years younger! I've already gone a bit overboard on supplements (NAC, Omega, Vit D, Ubiquinol, Pregnacare & various probiotics), and will do the usual beetroot juice, pineapple, brazil nuts & bone broth..any others to recommend?
