Prep for FET (thin lining)

Hi team, I've tried to look this question up but I am going round in circles a bit.

For people who took/take vitamin E and L-Arginine supplements to prep for a FET (thin lining issues here!) when did you start to take these? I can't quite remember what I did last time but I'm pretty sure I started vitamin E before my cycle and maybe started L-Arginine from day 1.

It probably won't make a huge difference either way but I wanted to check just in case. Serves me right for not writing these things down!

I don’t remember exactly too but you can goggle It starts with the egg transfer supplements and there’s an outline of what and when to take. Good luck xx

I started taking L-Arganine and Vitamin E on ‘day 1’, so the first day of your period or withdrawal bleed. I stopped after embryo transfer. Best of luck!

Thank you!

I've googled It Starts with the Egg transfer supplements timing (great tip) and it says I "could" take Vit E in the month leading up to transfer and doesn't mention L-Arginine timing. I should really just buy the book, hah. So I think I'll tentatively start Vit E now and wait for day 1 for L-Arginine.

I take them continuously now but stop after a transfer. Ideally the literature says a few months before a transfer.

Hi Hoop. Most of the building up lining vitamins and minerals start at the beginning of a cycle, for FET. Good luck! Diane ,,
