If you remember, using a CPAP increased my apnea events significantly and left me sleep deprived to the point I couldn’t even walk. I did do a sleep study at a sleep center. It was supposed to be a split night, 1/2 without the CPAP and 1/2 with.

As a support for getting to sleep when my PLMD is problematic , (rather than using Zopiclone), my GP has suggested Promethazine. aka Avomine, Phenergan, or Sominex. Has anyone had any experience of this, or does anyone have any insights? Thanks for your thoughts.
