Hi, I’m new to this group but I’m not new to endo 😞 I am so happy this group exists

I’m 5 weeks into my first prostap injection; I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy which then became an emergency abdominal hysterectomy in June last year; I was a mess inside - my surgeon told me, and despite that, I still kept my ovaries! I had to have a catheter inserted for 3 weeks 💔 and when my biopsy came back it was positive for endometriosis so I knew my surgery wasn’t over.

I had my first injection on 25th February this year and my main symptom is dizziness and headaches (I say headaches but more like migraine)

Hey Laura, so sorry to hear about your issues 😔 I have had 3 surgeries and now on Ryeqo which has been life changing for me in terms of pain management. How are you feeling now after surgery? X

The new drug that’s been in the news this week!? It isn’t a new drug that they keep saying it is, is it?

Now I know it’s endo, the only change for me is the not bleeding (no uterus) the pain and exhaustion is still there but since my injection, it’s not as much pain as the dizziness is something else
