Has anyone had a prolapse? I feel so fed up, it's never ending

Hi ladies,

3 years ago I had a prolapse repair. I am currently waiting for a hysterectomy to stop my Adenomyosis pain.

Now I have another prolapse. I can hardly walk and in so much discomfort.

I'm really trying to enjoy life but it's all so testing 😢 I've had enough.

I always do my Pelvic floor exercises & I'm really healthy. It's not fair 🙈😣

I have a bladder prolapse after having a hysterectomy 6 yrs ago for endo and fibroids. I was asked if I wanted surgery Dec 23rd but declined. Scared stiff to be honest, it’s not fair how is women have to put up with all this 🙁

Bless you. I feel your pain, it's so draining , physically & mentally.Do you mind if I ask how your hysterectomy was performed??

I had a posterior repaire 3 years ago, recovory was hard but it was worth it. Just crap that I now have a different prolapse such a battle isn't it 😣 xx

it was laparoscopic with a small pubic incision. Was told it was the magic cure but since had further excision surgery for endo which took years for them to believe my pain because to them I had been cured. Yes it’s tough x

Such a battle isn't it 😣 Sorry to hear your struggling too, it's not fair.

Did you have a full hysterectomy? X

I still have my ovaries but all else gone. It was a huge relief not to be flooding out which became more and more to the point where I couldn’t walk to the bathroom in time. At least that’s one problem sorted so now have to deal with the rest x

I took about 6 weeks off work, self employed which was difficult but I wanted to be fully healed before I went back as I ran a shop so was physically hard. Pain wise it wasn’t too bad, just take your time. My excision surgery 2 yrs after was a harder recovery for some reason x
