pink discharge after period

I Had my laparoscopy to diagnose endometriosis two months ago now. They lasered it all off as it was growing everywhere other than my ovaries and tubes. I also had a small cervical ectropion which they lasered off as well. my first period after my lap was surprisingly okay, a lot less painful than usual but i’ve just recently had my second period which was really odd. It took me ages to actually bleed and then it’s been two days since i stopped spotting brown (which usually inflected the end of my period) and i’m now having the odd pink discharge? i thought this surely would be normal as i know it can take a few months for your body to go back to normal but i’ve never had this before? does anyone else experience this?
