Hey everyone.

It's been a terrible week from Monday because I started feeling worse unwell..Started off wth LAP And Groin Pain going down my leg and other symptoms like fever and nausea. Now it turned into vomiting every morning , even Sometimes during the day or late at night with debilitating pain. If I was sexually active , I'd say maybe I'm pregnant but I'm not....

Anyone has experienced such? Any advice would be of great help.

I'm supposed to be admitted tomorrow for operation to remove ovarian Cysts on both my ovaries
