2nd lap still unsure

So I’ve just had my second lap done yesterday by a different doctor he look pictures and I have purple spots/bruise looking things on my uterus but discharge letter said ... patient was admitted for diagnostic lap for chronic pelvic pain. Normal gynaecological findings. Colonic adhesions to anterior abdominal wall due to previous appendicectomy (never had appendix removed and doctor was told this several times as the last doctor also said this and I hadn’t had surgery before that) adhesiolysis of adhesion preformed to the anterior abdominal wall. No evidence of endometriosis.

I have looked at pictures online of the purple bruise looking things and look like endo? I’m so so unsure what to think

Can anyone give me any advice

I’m no doctor but from pictures and research I’ve looked at that looks like definite endometriosis, especially the “powder burn” patches. Did u have it done by endometriosis specialist ? X
