2nd laparoscopy on waiting list

Hi

I just need to rant really not so much a question.

I recently saw a diff gynaecologist I'm now under a endometriosis specialist who I have to say I dislike. I found him dismissive to every thing I said. He also rarely looked at me while I was talking and just kept typing in on the computer!

I'm told by him that all he can do to help me is remove my right overy and the right side tube. Told I can't have the pill as it won't work etc he said unless I have the laparoscopy he can't help me and it is up to me. Then said I had to loose weight but since 1st laparoscopy where endometriosis found I have not been able to loose weight x his reply was loose weight!

I asked about my frequent urgent urine problem his reply was not his area etc I found him very dismissive.

I not keen to have another laparoscopy as since the first one a few years back I have gained a lot of weight. Plus that's when my right sided pain and bloatedness. So my worry now is what will happen after laparoscopy no2?! My family and husband think I should have it done. But I'm in two minds about it all.

Then recent scan shows cysts on both ovaries the left cyst bigger than the right side but right side is what causes me pain. Some times worse than other times i just not sure what to do!

I'm on the waiting list but I don't know what to do for the best 😬😩😳
