Abdo pain wont go away

I was diagnosed with endo 6 years ago by laparoscopy surgery. Had the coil fitted and pain relief to help which worked. For over a year now I’ve been dealing with constant abdo pain which gets severe before I need to go to the toilet and while passing it’s painful but I constantly have pain. Dr’s keep telling me it’s not the endometriosis and it’s a seperate bowel problem despite multiple tests everything is negative from IBS to coeliac disease. Anyone else suffer from these symptoms or problems? Feels super lonely and like I’m getting nowhere and the pain is taking over my life!

Where is the pain located exactly?

I’ve been having abdominal pains and I’ve done all GI testing and have had several imaging tests done. Still nothing found.. very frustrating.

It’s all across my abdo below stomach but above my bladder, pretty much where my intestines are if that makes sense? Sometimes the pain does go down and it feels like severe period cramps when that happens. I’ve had an endoscopy but found nothing and biopsies came back clear. It’s horrible, where are your pains? Does it affect you daily?

Oh mine is different. Yes that makes sense. Mine started at my bellybutton and moved to my right lower abdomen and has been there for about 24 days now. I’ve had a colonoscopy and all was clear. I had the classic physical symptoms of appendicitis, the raised WBC, fever, nausea, diarrhea. But just because the CT was clear they “don’t know what’s wrong”... but I scheduled a surgery with my gynecologist and another surgeon to take it out and look for more possible endo or adhesions.

I hope you figure out what is ailing you, it isn’t right to be in so much pain daily 😞

It’s the worst feeling when they said they don’t know what’s wrong with you and how to help you, I feel your pain. I’m only 22 and on a crazy amount of strong pain relief which doesn’t help and nobody knows what to do with me and they’re refusing to do a second laparoscopy because they don’t believe it’s my endo. It’s such a crippling disease, hope you get sorted soon! Sooner the better for sure!

Oh man I know. They think I’m crazy. I’ll be 22 in a little less than a month so I feel your pain 😩
