I had a lap on 06th November which was cycle day 18, to remove bilateral hydrosalpinx and endo from my right overy. My period was due on 17th of November , but i missed it. i thought that was a because of the surgery. Still no periods but i had mild bleeding last night and now it is totally gone. I was scheduled to have IVF in December, and my RE wanted to have me on Norgest for two weeks , when i complained i didnt get my periods. Any body had it in ivf to schedule things? shall i go ahead with Norgest now? I'm confused....
