dear sir, you tried to control without proper medication ,you are facing this problem.
three tonged approach -diet control, exercise and medication, in this order if life is followed will pull you through for many decades.. Be thankful to GOD every day.
consult your local doctor first. Never ever play with your Health and do self medication.
Your doctor will advise you Metformin sustain release 500 mg BD after food.If you cannot tolerate it then other medicines will be given like amaryl or most potent and effective But costly DPP4 Inhibitors. SO FIRST GET THAT SUGAR UNDER CONTROL.
Diet control is needed reduce the Chapati, no rice and no potato,no fruits,no juice, no junk food 1st and then when you are able to follow this then search the forum and follow LCHF Diet.This type of Diet therapy will not cure your diabetes but will help you in controlling the sugar level with minimum medicines.
Secondly start exercising.If you are a lazy person then start with Streching exercises at your home or join Yoga or play outdoor games.
In three to six months everything will be on track and probably you will be off the medicines for some time(WINDOW PERIOD)
MIND YOU THERE IS NO TREATMENT OF DIABETES OTHER THAN ALLOPATHIC MEDICINES WHICH ARE THE ONLY HOPE FOR DIABETES MANAGEMENT.ALL THE CLAIMS MADE ARE JUST SUPPORTIVE AND ARE NOT MAIN LINE OF TREATMENT.
So first consult a good Diabetiologist or Endocrinologist in your area.There degree is MBBS Then MD and then DM Endocrinology.IF YOU IN A GOOD CITY YOU WILL FIND HIM.
Hope this works for you.

Early morning consumption of the following will give complte relief from type 2 diabetes without medicines:
1. Tulsi leaves 10 + Bilva leaves 5 with 2gm raw ginger chewed and swallowed in empty stomoch; After 15 minutes of this, one tender coconut ;
2. Veg salad in empty stomach after 15-30 minutes of tender coconut as above. This is prepared with Nukol 50-100 gms; Carrot 50-100 gms; Beans 50-100 gms; Sprouted green gram 50-100 gms and Cabbage 50-100 gms -- all cut into smallo pieces and fried on low flame on oil, Asfpoeda, jeera and clove bark [small pieces along with cut vegitables kept in water overnight and used. Onion and crated coconut, curry leaves and coriender leaves added to this salad will have added advantage.
You can continue snacks after 2 hours of the above, lunch with broken wheat or brown rice cooked, or wheat chapathi or ragi ball. At night light dinner, rather dosa prepared out of wheat flour, chiroti rava and ragi flour mixed together. Drink plenty of water.
This diet will activate liver, in turn pancreas that will produce naturally insulin and give relief to diabetes.
I have experienced complete reversal of type 2 diabetes by following this for 3 months. However, do not skip or discontinue the medication prescribed by your physician, but your physician gradually will reduce medication and even stop medication.
