Skin itching near Naval area

I am having skin itching since last 5 years near naval area on left side and also on back middle left side.I use only 250 Mg Metformin tablet once in noon.

Can anyone help me to know what is the reason and how it can be cured.

Hi gupta53, I've been on metformin quite a while, no issues. Best bet is to check with your doctor and see what's causing it.

I would recommend you have it checked for a fungal infection. If it’s mild, you may try organic cold pressed coconut oil for its natural anti fungal and anti bacterial properties. If it’s severe and you can see skin flare ups, don’t use the coconut oil and see a dermatologist
