I think I have PTSD
I consistently have intense nightmares to the point that I have to take medication for it (Prazosin.) I don't understand why I keep having nightmares but when I check the symptoms I have nearly all of them. My nightmares are usually about me still being in high school having to redo my senior year even

Prazosin inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion, promotes the apoptosis of U251 and U87 cells via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.
" promotes the apoptosis of U251 and U87 cells via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway" involved in prostate cancer as well, as I recall. I am currently taking this drug. https://www.spandidos-publications.com/10.3892/etm.2020.8772

Prazosin side effect
I use Prazosin for possible anti-PCa effects. Alas, all is not gold that glitters. Prazosin is prescribed for LUTS and high blood pressure, with an effect that tends to lower diastolic more than systolic ( upper number) blood pressure. In my own case it can lower diastolic to below 60, which tends

Prazosin vs. Doxazosin for Prostate Cancer Inhibition
There is pretty good preclinical as well as some clinical evidence in Prostate cancer patients that two of the Alpha1 receptor blockers, give improved outcomes in terms of prostate cancer recurrence, progression and even metastasis. The two specific drugs with the strongest evidence are Prazosin and

Prazosin revisited
The sheer beauty of the retrospective study posted recently by Scout4answers is the vast superiority in Recurrence Free Survival for Prazosin users over a ten-year period not only against controls but against a similar drug, Tamsulosin. IMHO this means that selection bias is much less likely. Prazosin
