W6R2 done... No more intervals

Well, just finished W6R2 and since I was feeling good and the weather was so nice (in Holland it is), I decided to skip the walking break and keep running. And guess what, I finished it and ran for 23 minutes without stopping! Feeling really good now, and look forward to run 3 of this week. It's amazing how well this program works, 6 weeks ago I was struggling with 1 minute runs....

Well done! I was a bit sceptical at first, but the plan really works, congrats on making it to the end of interval running!

I'm on W6R2 today and not sure how I feel about it, will see when I get out there... :-)
