W6R2 - No more intervals!!!

I'll be doing Week 6 - Run 2 this evening, which is the last run in which there are intervals of walking. The intervals have worked well and served their purpose (getting me fit/strong enough to run), but it will just be nice to run without having to keep checking the time. Good luck to everyone else who is running this evening, it going to be hot, drink plenty of water!

Good luck Tim

I'll also be doing this one tonight and I'm looking forward to continuous runs from then on.

Who'd have thought we'd be saying that 5 weeks ago!!

I'm on week 7, so the same thing really, I'm going to get up early tomorrow before it gets too warm.

Good plan.. me too, aiming for 6 a.m., although I run early every day, on Tuesday at 7.30 it was too warm, even then!!!
