And, I don't know how I feel about shrugging off that security blanket??
My first 10-minute run was tough. I've been angry about something since yesterday and I couldn't shrug it off, it kept poking its face into my running headspace...
I managed to leave it behind on the three-minute recovery walk and the last 10-minute run was an absolute joy, I genuinely didn't want Sarah M to tell me to stop.
Anyways, looking at the stats, anger is clearly motivating on the legs
Looking forward to Monday's run and tackling the 25-minute run!

Remember if a run is tough, instead of walking, you do still have the alternative security blanket of simply slowing down. It’s surprising how effective that can be sometimes.
