W3 off the to-do list!

Oh well; cheerio W3 hello W4. While the end on the 3 minute runs were a bit of a struggle I was really surprised at how easy (in relative terms of course) the 90 second runs were in comparison to the previous week when I huffed and puffed my way through them. Is this just me or evidence that the programme is starting to work? Let’s just hope the same thing happens next week as a jump to 5 minutes seems a bit scary.

Well done so far. You'll be fine, I am about to start wk8 and never believed that I could run 8 minutes let alone 28! Somehow you just do it, each run is easier than the last (most of time!)
