Rain put off our ongoing hope to get off road - looked a bit too soft going at the moment so we again were on-road for the third run of the week. And it went really well. Pretty flaked after each of the 3m runs but recovering quickly during the walks - so much quicker than we did when we set out on c25k.
We have peaked ahead though...week 4 seems a bit of a jump and its a bit scary. When doing the 3m walk after the 3m run I was thinking - god I would still be running if this was next week :/
It's heartening to read other people's posts on week 4 - lots of people manage it so we are hoping all will go well!

I decided early on not to look ahead because I knew I would feel daunted. I just went out each run and found out what I had to do there and then. There were a couple of comical occasions when I said "What??!!" to Laura out there on the pavement! 😃
Good idea though we were hoping to tailor our rest days to suit the appropriate runs...have looked at week 4 though perhaps the psychological damage of looking ahead more than compensates for a day's sub-optimal rest so we may follow your strategy!
