W3 R3 finished and I'm starting to feel like I'm really doing this thing! I love going out early (originally so there were fewer people to judge me) when there's just the squirrels around.
I do wish my bit of south London wasn't quite so hilly though.

Well done! You could do without hills while doing the programme, it just makes it harder for you, but if you can't devise a flatter route and can manage them it will pay benefit's with building you're stamina and more choice of places to run, so when the going gets tough on a hill just think positive of the benefit of having to do it..😊
Btw, your not trying to run up Brixton Hill are you?😀
God no although I do live right at the top of it! I turn the opposite way because I'm not ready for Brixton hill yet, and head towards the top corner of Tooting Bec common but it will always be slightly uphill on the way back.
