W3 Done

Just finished W3R3. Can feel stamina increasing and recovery between jogs has definitely improved. 3 minute runs were a bit more challenging but managed through ok. Just looked at W4 where the jogs go from cycles of 1.5 & 3 mins to 3 & 5 mins. Feels a big step up from W3. How did others find the transition ?

With just one slow step after the other... Relax and enjoy...just take it gently and you will be fine:) Well done!

No problem. Trust the programme it's work for thousands of people. Keep it slow and steady and you'll crush it

I thought exactly the same a couple of days ago!

I am just very slightly ahead of you and and just going out for week 4 run2.

I honestly thought 5 minutes was way too much, but I did it!

Each week does seem to prepare us quite nicely for the next one!

Keep going...,you can do it!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I’m at the same stage you are. W4 R1 on Friday. I just keep telling myself “trust the programme”!

I found that once you get through the first one which does feel long (but so did the jump to 3 mins the previous week) you kinda just adapt you’ve done it before so you can technically do it again. If you start to struggle just slow it down. By the end of the week you know you can definitely do the run. I think Week 4 Run 3 was my favourite so far. 😀
