week 5 run 2 tough

well iwent out this morning and i set off with my walk. I then started my first run which i found okay and not too difficult. It was the second run i found difficult i had to chant to myself i can do this not long to go and just kept running how ever i felt which was not great panting and aching. I was so relieved when i got to the end and she said walk now but even then my legs were achingso much i didnt think i would even be able to walk home but i got there. REally not 100% sure about run 3 in week 5 but i am going to give it my best shot and see what happens I need the confidence in myself that i can do it

  • Really not sure why but in both weeks 5 and 6 the final run seems much easier than the r1&2. I know it makes no sense but..........
