I DID IT! And I feel so good! π I actually feel even better about this run than I felt after both attempts at my first run of week 5. Never in a million years did I feel like Iβd be able to run for that long! It was challenging for sure but every time it felt a bit difficult I just pushed past it and it never got any worse, itβs all in the mind! π Iβm gonna do it once more before I move on, for my piece of mind and also just because I enjoyed this run! Buzzing! π

I am actually jealous, because I have to postpone my W5R2 due to back ache.
Well done! If itβs any consolation it does get easier with time and if you stick with it you will surely amaze yourself with the limits you can cross
