Afternoon all.

Well that's Week 5 Run 1 done and under my belt. Couldn't seem to find my flow this morning if I can call it that but when I do I seem to jog more effortlessly.

However, it's done and that's the main thing. The last 5 minute was abit challenging but then that's where the mental thoughts come in and keep you going.

I'm here sitting down over the playing field where I run and just looking at it. Not even a month ago I found it extreme difficult to even run 60 seconds and now I'm at 5 minutes x 3. Feeling proud of myself and looking forward to the next run on Saturday. Full 8 minutes. Hmmmm..... I can do this.
