W5 R3 Done!

Like many others on here, I can't believe it, but I actually got through the 20 min run this morning!! From a few minutes in I began to think there was no way I'd make it but just thought to myself "Get to 10 mins.." then at 10 mins I thought "I'll just carry on as long as I can..." When Laura said I'd done 15 I convinced myself that there was no point stopping after getting so far and just plodded on, the last couple of minutes was me just gasping " I. AM. NOT. STOPPING!" Not ashamed to say that I full on burst into tears when Laura said I'd finished too! That is literally the longest I have ever run. EVER! So happy!

It sort of made me laugh when Laura said "If you're finding it difficult, slow down a bit" as I don't think it would have been possible for me to go any slower, but I don't care beacuse I got through it all!! Couldn't have done it without everyone on here,and knowing that so many other people had started off like me but made it through. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks now!
